Jones (died November 26, 1889, aged 11 years), featuring gilt lettering on black cardstock; an 1899 Pythian Grove Cemetery Company burial lot deed for John W. Marshall in Berry, Kentucky, bearing the corporate embossed seal and signatures; a 1929 Commonwealth of Kentucky Certificate of Death for Sarah Elizabeth Jones from Lexington, Fayette County; and a black-bordered bereavement acknowledgment card.
